Deposits
Funds may be added to your gaming account using any of the payment methods listed above. Deposits may be subject to minimum and maximum amounts, and to daily, weekly or monthly limits.
The payment method used must meet the requirements applicable to the platform and must belong to the account holder. Deposits made with a payment method registered to another person cannot be accepted.
You may also set your own deposit and loss limits at any time from your account. A reduction takes effect without delay, while a request to increase a limit may be subject to a waiting period. See Play Responsibly for details.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed only once the required verifications have been completed successfully. These may include identity, residency, location, source-of-funds and anti-fraud checks.
Processing times and transaction limits vary depending on the payment method used and on the verifications required. Certain payment methods may be available for deposits only.
Prizes may be credited directly to your account or may require a separate claim and validation process, depending on the amount and type of prize. Applicable thresholds, claim periods, identification requirements and payment procedures are established by the relevant Game Rules and prize-claim procedures.
Your account balance
A gaming account is not a bank account. It does not bear interest and may not be used as a payment, savings or money-transfer service. Funds held in a gaming account are intended for participation in the games offered on the platform.
If you activate voluntary self-exclusion, access to your gaming account is blocked and any remaining balance is returned to you in accordance with the applicable self-exclusion conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my deposit not showing in my account? Most deposits are credited immediately. If a deposit does not appear, check that the transaction was authorized by your bank or card issuer and that you have not reached one of your deposit limits. If the amount was debited but not credited after a short delay, contact us at contact@lotora.ca with the date, amount and payment method used.
Can I use someone else's card? No. The payment method must belong to the account holder. Your account is personal and may not be transferred, assigned, sold or made available to another person.
Why is my withdrawal taking longer than expected? Withdrawals are released once the required verifications are complete. If additional documents are needed to confirm your identity, residency or the source of funds, you will be asked for them in your account. Processing time then also depends on the payment method and your financial institution.
Are the available payment methods the same for deposits and withdrawals? Not necessarily. Some methods are available for deposits only. The methods available to you are always displayed in your account at the moment of the transaction.
Do you charge fees on deposits or withdrawals? No fee is applied by the platform to the payment methods listed on this page. Your bank, card issuer or wallet provider may apply its own charges, for example for currency conversion.
